Welcome to Speccs.pk. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. By using our platform, you agree to the following policies:

🛍️ Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website (www.speccs.pk) or WhatsApp 0335-5210509.

• Available payment methods include:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when your order is delivered.

  • Bank Transfer – Details will be shared at checkout or via WhatsApp.

  • Easypaisa & JazzCash – Secure and quick mobile payments.

• For Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash, customers must send a screenshot of their payment along with their order details on WhatsApp for verification.

• If a payment screenshot is not received, the order may be delayed or canceled.

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (may vary depending on your location).

• Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

• Speccs.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom prescription lenses

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective)

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

⚠️ Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated under the return policy.

• Speccs.pk reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment verification issues

• Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

• Speccs.pk will not be responsible for damages caused by misuse of products.

• Any attempt at fraud, fake orders, or abuse of COD will result in order cancellation and possible restriction from future purchases.
